She was able to look at our home with a critical eye, and recommend the important steps we needed to get ready for listing. “This is the second time I've worked with Filly - once to sell my house, and once to buy. I can't begin to describe what a positive experience it was each time! “My brother--who also worked Filly a few times both buying and selling recommended her to me. I was very desperate to sell. I was in a deep financial difficulty and if I couldn't sell the townhome I would lose it to the bank. I'm disabled, legally blind and lost my job. No money coming in except SS. Filly took immediate charge of the entire situation. She had lovely professional photos taken of the townhome and immediately published the home for sale.
